About Me

Hi there!  My name is Kendra. I am newly into my 30’s (that’s all you are getting people!), and I have recently realized that working out and eating healthy is something I don’t have to do, I just want to. I love it, and I love how I feel. I have decided to document the food I come across and prove to myself and others that food is not your enemy. I currently follow a paleo style diet, that I absolutely love.  Some of the recipes on here reflect a paleo/keto lifestyle, some of them don’t. I tag them paleo, because I am awesome like that.  The one’s that aren’t paleo are things I use to love, that I will eventually adapt into Paleo. I also have some “paleoish” recipes (tagged appropriately) that could easily be paleo with minor modifications.

Until then, I just want a place to store my original recipes, so bear with me before I kick off the all paleo time.

Decluttering Me is something I came up with randomly on a whim. I have some accounts on random places as this. I feel like my body has been cluttered.. with unhealthy qualities, bad fats, and extra weight that no one should ever have. So through food, I am going to declutter my body. You can take this trip with me, and declutter yours with me!
