Cabbage “Roll” Casserole

  • 1 Head Cabbage, boiled, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Peas
  • 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef, Browned
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste

Arrange in a casserole dish with cabbage on the bottom. Peas, Tomatoes, Corn and Beef, and then sauce on top. Bake in an 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
