- 1 cup almond meal
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 T. Splenda
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- ¼ cup chopped chocolate (I grabbed some sugar free peanut butter cups, you get what you want.)
- Optional: 2 T. Bacon pieces, 2 T. Any nuts, 2 T. Sugar Free Candy depending on what you want that day!)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat. (have said this before, and I will say it a million times again, BUY A SILPAT!)
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together wet ingredients in another bowl.
Mix together.
Spoon onto baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until browned.
