- 8 oz Sausage (Half of a roll from the meat section.)
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour (or Arrowroot Powder. Apparently this makes it much thicker, I have yet to get my hands on some)
- 1 can Lite Coconut Milk
- 1/4 tsp. Fennel Seeds (a pinch!)
- 1 tsp Sage
- Salt & Pepper; to taste (I like my gravy extra peppery to counter the sweetness of the coconut milk. )
On medium-high heat, brown sausage. Do not drain. Once browned, add flour and stir until absorbed by oil/sausage.
While meat is browning… In a food processor, blend coconut milk, seeds, and sage together with the salt and pepper. Blend until the whole thing has a nice even consistency.
Add mixture to the sausage and stir continuously on medium heat until it gets a gravy like texture.
Serve over Paleo Biscuits! (Or with an Omelet as shown below!)
