Garlic Mashed Cauliflower


  • 1 Large Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 T. Garlic Powder or 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. Heavy Cream (this amount varies, add small amounts at a time until you get the consistency you desire!)
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1 t. Black Pepper
  • 1 T. Butter

Wash, and chop up Cauliflower into smaller pieces. You can boil or steam the cauliflower, either way, until soft. If using garlic cloves, steam with cauliflower. Add to food processor with remaining ingredients  and process until smooth.

You can use a hand mixer to make these, but they do not come out as nicely as they would in a food processor.
