- 1 Full Rack of Pork or Beef Ribs
- 3 Cups of Diet Cola
- 1 Cup Rum
- 1 1/3rd C. Ketchup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
Mix ingredients together. pour over ribs in a large container w/cover. Marinate at least 8 hours or overnight.
Heat grill to 400 degrees, place ribs in roaster pan on one side of grill. Turn off burners on the side under the pan. Turn down to medium/low. If using a charcoal grill, burn coals on opposite side of pan. Close lid. Grill 1hr15minutes or until ribs are tender. Take out of pan and grill for 20 minutes longer over coals.
Take extra marinade in medium sauce pan and boil down until you have a nice sauce. Pour over ribs before serving. Enjoy!
