- 30 Chicken Wings, cut into 2 pieces, wing tip removed.
- Frank’s Hot sauce
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 2 T. Red Curry Paste
- 2 T. Garlic Powder
- 1 T. Yellow Mustard
Bake Chicken Wings in a shallow, oiled pan at 400 degrees until crispy & brown.. about 45 minutes… sometimes much longer… Just keep checking and flipping them.
In a sauce pan, combine remaining ingredients on low heat until butter completely melts. Do not let this boil, it will separate. Once chicken is done, dip into pan, and arrange on a platter. Do not leave soaking in sauce.. will raise the heat factor and cause wings to lose their crisp.
