- 1/2 package Chocolate Sugar Free Jello Pudding (Can use other flavors as long as it’s Sugar Free.)
- 1 C. Heavy Cream
- 1 packet Splenda (or other sweetener)
Blend ingredients together in a large bowl with a hand mixer on high speed for 5-8 minutes. The longer you mix it, the thicker it gets. Eventually it will get as stiff as butter, if you get to this point, you went to far. Top with Sugar Free Whip Cream.
