Almond Flour Pancakes


  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 C. Water or Heavy Cream
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • Add ins: Dark Chocolate Chips, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Nuts, Blueberries etc. (Optional)

In a mixing bowl, whisk two eggs together with the Vanilla. Add Almond flour and any add ins you are using. Add Water/Heavy Cream, and mix until smooth. Melt 1 T. butter in a frying pan or griddle. Scoop batter into silver dollar size pancakes into the buttered pan. Cook 2-3 Minutes on each side.. You know it’s ready to flip the first time when it starts to bubble up on the top.

Serve with Sugar Free syrup and bacon! ;D
